Requires a high school education or equivalent and less than two years of experience.
Requires the ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.
Must have a professional etiquette - verbal and written 1+ years of customer service or Admin experience.
Should have basic computer knowledge, typing skills.
Experience in Microsoft office.
Taking inbound calls, calling customers who have solicited information and get details to send over to be scheduled Data Entry.
Under direct supervision, provides general administrative support to a department or group of professionals.
Compiles and analyzes basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials, prepares charts, graphs, or tables as necessary.
Receives and responds to routine correspondence following established procedures not requiring management review.
Frequently reports to a department manager.
Position will be for 25 hours a week.
