Minimum Requirement: Minimum 2 years of experience working as a technical Business Analyst. Good knowledge of Business analysis methodologies. Must have previous experience with development/implementation of Identity Access Management system. Ability to handle multiple customers and create lasting relationships. Experience writing requirements, use cases and process flows. Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
Core Requirements: Analyzes business process and practices in an effort to focus the design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiatives. Collaborates on an on-going basis with the Programmer/Analysts. Applies analytical skills within functional area. Collaborate with multiple internal teams to plan and execute the integration of access requests into a centralized solution (Identity Access Management System - IAM). Consult frequently with technical and non-technical team members to ensure a complete understanding of their needs and concerns. Elicit requirements using interviews and questionnaires.
Create deliverables such as functional and Technical requirements, use case scenarios and process flows.
Assists in the execution/analysis of performance testing. Ensure product meets business and technical requirements as well as all company standards. Create training manuals and facilitate training for the system users. Communicate effectively with all team members, project sponsors and stakeholders both technical and non-technical. Large organization, candidates must be comfortable with dealing with diverse individuals that are at various levels – can be peers, can be management, can be folks from other depts, with whom they don’t work with every day.
Preferred Requirements: Preferred a min of 2-3 years of experience in Access Management system.
