Minimum Requirements: 5-10 years of experience required. Will need to facilitate requirements gathering, should have both BA and IT skills. Will be required to present information/findings. Should be proficient in Microsoft office suite and Visio.
Core Requirements: The ability to document, research technical and business requirements. Deliverables may include wireframe, process map and functional specs. Analyzes business process and practices in an effort to focus the design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiatives. Collaborates on an on-going basis with the Programmer/Analysts. Applies analytical skills within functional area.
